Terrible product. I never used it, it probably had a problem and I never managed to communicate with anyone!

The microphones lack sensitivity, in order for the voice to be faintly heard through the speakers. The lips must touch them and the amplifier must be at maximum volume. The children were disappointed with the product. I do not recommend them to anyone.

It's not the best out there. Very affordable but they sent me a second machine because the first one wasn't working (for free, of course)! It's great for gaming!
