  • The cable inside is like a hair and I sensed what was coming from its elasticity, but it caught me in a pinch. I have never struggled so much in my life to patch a cable. Don't even think about it, pay a bit more for something better if you intend to cut and splice.

I got it 2 euros cheaper than its price here, from a well-known electronics chain, 2.5 years ago (2022).

Part of it (about 15 meters) was installed outdoors to bring internet to the ground floor from the 2nd floor, where there is FTTH 200/20 Cosmote. The only protection I thought of was an electrical conduit to protect it from the sun since it is not intended for outdoor use.

It was connected to a TP-Link Archer C50 v4 and then 2 computers, 1 tablet, 2 mobiles, and 8 smart devices were connected to it. It works excellently to this day, I highly recommend it.

At 50 meters for connecting the router to a computer on another floor, it works great, achieving a solid 100% of the speed at 50mbps with 8-10 ping. There hasn't been a single interruption. For household use with internet speeds in Greece, it doesn't make any sense for anyone to go for cat6, which supports up to 10gbps at higher MHz frequencies. I've been using it for about a week, and if it gives any trouble in the future, I will edit this comment

Expensive but exactly what I needed. I connected the router with a wireless camera because the distance was too far for wireless coverage, so I had to use a cable.

user2167
