Electrolyte Circulation System

All batteries in the REW series use the unique Yuasa electrolyte circulation system. The separator is made of special glass fibers to retain the maximum amount of electrolyte in the cells. The electrolyte is retained in the separator material, and there is no free electrolyte to escape from the cells.

Gas Production Control.

The design of the REW Yuasa batteries incorporates the latest oxygen circulation technology to effectively control gas production during normal operation.

Maintenance

Due to the perfectly sealed construction and electrolyte circulation, gases are trapped inside the cell, and the battery requires no maintenance.

Valve Regulated Design

The batteries are equipped with a simple, safe low-pressure venting system that releases excess gas if there is a pressure increase and automatically reseals the battery.
