Description

Description

The board game Dominant Species is a strategy game set as an Ice Age approaches. Each player takes charge of one of six animal groups and tries to dominate different types of terrain, adapt to environmental changes, and earn victory points.

Players place action pawns to perform actions such as specialization, environmental change, migration, and glaciation. The hexagonal tiles form a map that gradually expands, while tundra tiles transform the terrain as the Ice Age approaches. Cards offer one-time abilities or opportunities to earn victory points continuously.

Perfect, one of the best games ever, the whole group agrees, I easily play it every day without stopping and regardless of the number of players. The only downside is its packaging, it doesn't fit all the components if you plasticize them.
