It is a really good product, I give it to the kids and to myself. I always have it in our pharmacy, the only thing that bothers me is the bottle; as soon as it falls, it breaks immediately. It has happened to me 2-3 times. The glass at the bottom of the bottle is very, very thin, so even with a very light fall, it will definitely break!!

Unfortunately, I bought 3 pieces out of my joy from the comments I read, and unfortunately, it did nothing.. our little one got stuck normally 2 times within 1.5 months.

Well, what I received initially, the first noticeable difference was that the taste of it (it has a cherry flavor) was altered, and much more diluted, bland.
It surprised me, but I thought, okay, it had a very nice taste sensation before, but let's get the job done anyway.
Nope. The product has changed... as if they have diluted the composition... I don't know what they have done, but now it has no effectiveness. It's so expensive, and I started using a lot of quantity... maybe hoping for something.
Enough... and enough, because it is a common tactic of companies to increase profit.
I really don't know what and why they have changed. But unfortunately, now it does NOTHING. No matter how much you use. My mother said the same thing in her order.

As soon as I feel a slight sore throat, I spray myself every 3 hours....the product is amazing....it does what it says...It is expensive at the pharmacy but even if it cost 50 euros, I would buy it at least once...I also use it on my children before they go to school sometimes and we have avoided the worst...if you catch a sore throat at the beginning, it stops and prevents everything else...

It was tested during a covid19 infection with symptoms of severe pharyngitis and dryness sensation. The spray nozzle is very short, so instead of each dose going to the throat, it goes to the base of the tongue, and if you swallow it, then it goes through the throat. The taste is mediocre to bad. Positive: It has a pleasant taste, it is moisturizing and relieves (I don't know if it heals) dryness and mild throat irritation.
Negative: The nozzle is short and makes it difficult to aim at the throat, especially in small children. If the nozzle was longer like in other sprays, it would be much more user-friendly.

I bought it after our pediatrician's recommendation for a 2-year-old child with a sore throat. The child took it pleasantly, treated the spray like a game, and it had a pleasant cherry flavor. I cannot judge the result as it was combined with other preparations, but surely the child got better!

Edit 7-8-2019 I bought it two more times. I'm not sure if it helps. It somewhat relieves if you feel your throat "burning" a little, but I don't think it protects you very effectively. Its price has dropped a bit, but I don't think I will buy it again...
