Δεν είναι ελαφρύ για χρήση wok (πεταχτό ανακάτεμα) είναι όμως πολύ ποιοτικό και δεν είναι «ευαίσθητο στις γρατζουνιές. Αν δεν έχεις σκοπό να το δουλεύεις στον αέρα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα
