Description

The history of the Winery has its roots in 1952, while the shift towards modern, quality production began in 2004. One of the most important steps was the renewal of a section of the old vineyards and the planting of new ones. Some were replanted with Assyrtiko, as well as rare varieties of Santorini, such as Aidani and Mavrotragano.

The modern approach to work in the vineyard, which is the most important part of wine production, led to the creation of a modern and continuously evolving winery that wins significant distinctions.
