The present volume is a multifaceted composite narrative through which the research and design production of the first cycle of the Master's Program (MSc) of the Department of Architectural Engineering at the University of Thessaly is gathered and presented, with the general theme of "Coexistences".

The term "Coexistences," borrowed from contemporary biology, marks a crossroad of contemporary culture and the need for a design reconsideration of architecture in an era of prolonged crisis. This term describes a new condition of architecture, which is simultaneously shaped in the social, natural, artificial, and broader environmental fields.
