I have a very serious problem in the area where I live for many years now. With frequent power outages, power surges, etc.
So, I had connected to this power strip a PC, Modem/Router, All-in-One Printer [printer and scanner], a gaming AOC FULLHD monitor, and a powerful, high-quality Accupower UPS.
During one of the many power surges, it burned the motherboard of my computer. The damage was so severe that the motherboard turned into charcoal at the bottom. The whole house smelled burnt for 5 days. No, I'm not exaggerating at all.
If you want to protect simple devices like laptops, mobile chargers, or tablets, it does the job. But if you want it for a computer, stay away from this brand.
Therefore, I do not recommend this particular brand at all. If you want real security, invest a little more and get a surge protector from the American brand, APC.

Σε μία, από τις πάμπολλες, υπερτάσεις, μού έκαψε την μητρική του υπολογιστή μου. Τόσο άσχημη ήταν η ζημιά, που στο κάτω μέρος της, η μητρική έγινε κάρβουνο. Μύριζε όλο το σπίτι καμένο, για 5 μέρες. Όχι, δεν υπερβάλλω καθόλου.
Για να προστατεύσει απλές συσκευές, όπως πορτατίφ, φορτιστές κινητών ή τάμπλετ. Κάνει δουλειά. Αλλά αν το θέλετε για υπολογιστή, μείνετε μακριά από την συγκεκριμένη φίρμα.
Συνεπώς, δεν συνιστώ καθόλου, την συγκεκριμένη μάρκα. Αν θέλετε πραγματική ασφάλεια, δώστε κάτι παραπάνω. Και πάρτε ένα πολύπριζο προστασίας της Αμερικάνικης, APC.
