The cream has absolutely NO positive effect on a second-degree burn that I used it on. Guys, the cream doesn't work any miracles as they claim. I used it several times on cuts or burns and I didn't see any difference in the healing speed. In one case, I was even scared because after applying it on a burn on my hand (from the oven), it created a blister which burst the next day and the wound took a long time to heal.

Also, when someone applies the cream, they should cover it either with gauze or be careful not to touch anything because the red color stains intensely.
