Although I read several negative reviews, I decided to buy it because of the professional company. Unfortunately, it leaves the hair so tangled that if I don't use conditioner, it won't detangle at all.

I used to use commercial shampoo and conditioner until recently. The result was that my hair was dehydrated and without any hydration. It was dull and the ends were terrible. After the first application, the difference was very noticeable. My hair was soft and shiny. Even after the first application, the result was amazing.

Very good shampoo, very bad and inconvenient packaging. It is very thick and it is not particularly convenient either to do weights every time you lift it, or to put it in another container.

My favorite shampoo. I buy it again and again. It leaves my hair shiny and it doesn't contain silicones.

Excellent shampoo. It leaves the hair soft and has a nice scent. Overall, the whole range (heat protectant, silk, conditioner, oil) has helped me. My hair was dry and dull, and after two months of use, it is shinier than ever. I noticed a difference from the first uses. Finally, I noticed that my hair grew longer than usual in a short period of time. They are definitely worth their money. I highly recommend them!

The 355ml packaging is really small, the 946ml one is very expensive, for what it promises, it wasn't worth it, I won't buy it again. P.S. Pay attention to the packaging when you order, in some stores it is not the one shown, like the one I got which has a different logo. I don't know why it was different

I felt that it cleanses the hair deeply and doesn't require using an excessive amount of product. I love the company and combined with its other products, it does a wonderful job.

I had higher expectations for this specific shampoo since in the past I had tried the Chi keratin series (gold) and I was completely satisfied, but now I don't have high demands since my hair is not damaged or destroyed, but dry at the ends and I needed a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner without sulfates, so I chose the red series, but unfortunately I didn't like it at all. I feel that it doesn't clean the scalp well, doesn't moisturize adequately, and my hair gets oily on the second day. It's like a regular supermarket shampoo, nothing more

I like its scent and maybe the styling is a little easier. But I buy it because I like its scent and it helps me a little more with straightening.

Awesome shampoo and it perfectly suits those who have had keratin treatment on their hair because it doesn't have sulfates. Cleans very well compared to other similar sulfate-free shampoos and hair doesn't get oily immediately. The only negative is its price, but I would still buy it again.
