Όχι!!!
Είναι gluten free!!!
Δεν με ενόχλησαν παρόλο που έχω δυσανεξία στη γλουτένη, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν με βοήθησαν κ τόσο , αν και τα λάμβανα για 3 μηνες. Είδα διαφορά με σύμπλεγμα βιταμινών β , που είχε κ βιοτινη και ξεχωριστό χαπάκι ψευδάργυρου.
