Oily, salty, unfiltered drink, traditionally made, with almost everything from malting to bottling being done at the distillery. It has been legally distilled in the area since 1828, while it was illegally distilled there for many years before. It is produced using lightly peated barley, 2.5 times distillation, and maturation in sherry barrels.
