    Because of it, I lost a person who was taking anticoagulant treatment, and I almost lost a second one. It causes internal bleeding if you are taking any anticoagulant or anti-inflammatory treatment. Even if you take ibuprofen or aspirin, stay away from gingko biloba - the plant in general, not just this specific product. It is unacceptable that this specific precaution is not stated and that the consumer is not informed about such a common side effect (how many people, especially elderly people, should not be taking it?! most of them!) and a fatal one!!!
