If you go on a trip or walk a lot or bought new shoes, you have to buy it. It doesn't come off, it doesn't bother, it doesn't come off when in contact with water and generally it doesn't let you feel pain. Although a bit expensive, these are some of the best pads for protection against blisters, etc.! They did a perfect job on the back of my foot above the heel where I've worn them! (and on martens that hit quite a bit, for those who know)

This particular one is characterized as medium protection. It is a simple tape and does not offer the quality that the one characterized as high performance offers and has extra gel cushion.

Their use is mainly with "good" shoes, the ones we wear a few times a year for celebrations, weddings, baptisms, which have not been broken in, are hard and especially in the summer when you can wear them without socks, blisters on the heels are a given! DO NOT PUT IT IN A BLISTER THAT STILL HAS SKIN ON TOP.
I still cry when I remember what I went through to remove the blister dressing from a burn blister on my leg. If it is a small blister on non-irritated skin, or if the skin above the blister has been removed (which is wrong as it is very easy to get infected), then do not be afraid.

Have you broken a pimple on your face and don't know what to do with it? Cut a small piece from the dressing and put it on. It will absorb all the pus and dirt and it will heal very quickly without leaving a scar.

Some of us have been saved, as even in a recent open wound that you cover, you can continue walking immediately, working without any discomfort immediately with compeed extreme there is simply no pain left (you forget about it since it is waterproof) and you simply throw it away when you feel that the wound has closed after a few days.
