However, this one, even though I measured the circumference of my elbow following the instructions on the merchant's page (because the Skroutz page does not specify which sizes correspond to which circumferences, which is definitely an oversight), is excessively tight, to the point that I cannot use it. I do not consider the store responsible because the product packaging itself provides these measurements.
