Λειτουργούν ως το κανονικό number pad του πληκτρολογίου σου, απλώς βρίσκονται πιο κοντά στο χέρι σου και χρησιμεύουν σε διάφορα παιχνίδια.
Μάλλον αναφέρεσαι στα έξτρα κουμπιά. Αν ναι, τότε θα σου φανούν πολύ χρήσιμα αν παίζεις κυρίως MMORPG games (WOW, etc) για να έχεις κάποια keybinds ώστε να σε βολεύεσαι καλύτερα με τα abilities.
