The orange flavour is very pleasant. No unpleasant aftertaste. A bonus having the added vitamins. I use these daily for myself. My husband has Alzheimer's and he doesn't like drinking water. These electrolytes are an excellent solution, they are the only ones he drinks in his water flask.

My favorite electrolytes! They don't make me nauseous like others and they have a nice taste. Additionally, they don't leave residue in the glass like others... they do a good job especially during heatwaves when I usually feel exhausted because I sweat excessively... and they save me from fainting!

They are good but the magnesium they contain is carbonate. That means your body absorbs about 10% of what it says it has. If you want your electrolytes to have an absorbable form of magnesium, you should find other electrolytes or add forms of magnesium such as citrate or glycinate to these. My opinion is that if you have a magnesium deficiency or want your stores to be full (I had a big problem with cramps due to sweat, in the sport I do I lose 4 liters of sweat in 5 hours) you should look for citrate or glycinate. Also, a tip: If you have a lot of white residue on your shirts and when your sweat comes into contact with your eyes, your eyes sting, you are losing a lot of salts and the problem of exhaustion and fatigue is due to this and not magnesium or potassium, which, if your stores are full, you won't need as much during sports. So you need salt to retain the other electrolytes in the muscles and not lose them through sweat. The most important electrolyte is salt.

It has 300mg in 2 tablets, the Na on the label means sodium. You are looking at the RDA (recommended daily allowance) which has a dash because there is no specific daily intake value.

I didn't see a difference from their use! I have been taking Lanes vitamin C 1000mg for years and I am absolutely satisfied, hence my preference for this product as well. However, I did not have the expected results. I acknowledge their good taste, without sweeteners, etc., as well as the quick dissolution of the tablet in water. Certainly, their price is affordable, but the result is what I was expecting.
