I have had it for about 6 months. I am very satisfied. Besides using it as a toaster, I also use it as a grill. I have grilled steaks, burgers, potatoes, vegetables, and everything turned out very tasty. The toast cooks quickly and I haven't burned any, as some users have reported. The plates are non-stick, they come off very easily and can be washed in the dishwasher. The only negative thing I find is that I can't move it while it's hot because it doesn't have heat insulation... I highly recommend it without hesitation...

I would give it 5, but it doesn't have an on/off switch, which means every time I have to plug it in and unplug it from the power.

So far I have only used it for toasties, it is powerful even on setting 1, the toasties come out perfect but if you forget them even for a few seconds they turn to charcoal

Excellent, it makes the toasts crispy and has a vertical opening so you can make more "loaded" sandwiches. It has 3 settings, you need to be a bit careful, because it takes a while to heat up at first and I set it to maximum until the plates heat up and then I lower the intensity.

I am satisfied, it does its job just fine, and the plates are removed and cleaned very easily, and that is a big plus! But I take away one star because it doesn't have an on/off button, which means that every time I want to use it, I have to sit down, grab the power strip, plug it in, and then unplug it afterward to turn it off; I can't leave it plugged in and switch it on and off. Good toaster. But...after five years of use, the heating elements broke. One burns a lot and the other a little. The plates held up, but the truth is that I have never had a toaster break down in five years

After 10 years of daily use, I have to say that it is worth the money and then some. The plates require the attention that all non-stick cookware needs in their cleaning. It makes toast fantastically even on 1. I have grilled skewers many times as well as chicken, and it is a very quick solution in case I am in a hurry. I have also bought it a second time for my house in the village, and I have had it for over a year with no complaints. I will buy it again as a gift for a friend of mine. Fantastic for its price. It is worth it and then some!

Although we have had it for a week, we are not satisfied compared to the old Tefal we had. 1) It takes 3 toasts instead of 4 like the old one. 2) The light does not turn off, so it constantly draws power, meaning when we are toasting bread, you have to be next to it and time it to unplug it, otherwise it burns them.

In 1 year both resistors burned out which required over 30 euros to replace. I threw it away since the warranty had expired

The construction is average and the plates could be more durable in use.
The preheating time is slow, it takes 7-8 minutes to burn well.
After 8 years of daily use, the resistors gave up. The repair cost is 35€.
Conclusion: good but not as expected from the name

After 5 years of good operation, the resistance burned out. I expected something better from the brand Tefal. I bought it because 5 years ago it was ranked first in reviews on skroutz.

The main problem is that it often burns the heating elements. As long as it was under warranty (I think 2 years), they were replaced at the service center 3 times! As soon as the warranty expired, it burned another one, which I replaced myself, and now that it's approaching 3 years, it burned both of them. There is no chance of fixing it again.
It's a shame because it's a well-known brand, but the build quality is terrible. The only positive thing is that I got it quite cheaply due to a coupon from a department store.
Maybe I got a faulty product, but the service center didn't mention anything like that even though I asked for a replacement.
I'm looking for another one, but I will prefer a different brand.

It looks like it's of good quality, but it's not particularly good for making toast. It is very powerful, even at the lowest temperature, which results in the bread of the toast getting burnt before the cheese even melts.

First of all, I read some comments saying that it is big and I wonder where they saw that, the toaster can fit 3 toasts, one next to the other, so you can't really call it big. My previous one was actually big because it could fit 4 toasts.

I also read several comments that people are bothered by the fact that it doesn't have a switch. This can easily be solved by buying a switch with an LED, so this issue can be resolved relatively cheaply. I have bought two, the other one is for the deep fryer. I haven't had it for many days, so the only thing I can say is that it has 3 settings. The first one is for vegetables, the second one is for toasts, and the third one is for meat.

I use it on setting 2 for toasts and it grills them perfectly and quickly.

I had bought the same model, at least 10 years ago, and it worked perfectly... until it developed a problem at some point... Searching for a replacement, I found the same model at an amazing price... and of course, I bought it!!! You don't change something that works perfectly!!!

Purchased on a frequent offer (€49), it is worth every euro. Even at its regular price. It toasts perfectly and quickly. No need for any comment on toast, so let's move on. I grilled pork schnitzel, chicken souvlaki bites, and the next will be thinly sliced gyro. I have absolutely no complaints. Definitely, you need to use a non-stick spray when grilling meats that may cause splatter because washing definitely reduces the life of the plate.

Everything is fine but it is not possible if the product does not have a 0 on/off switch and you have to plug and unplug it from the socket all the time!!!

This toaster does not have a switch. Imagine forgetting to turn it off with so much power it has. It grills everything well and is easy to clean. It takes a little while to heat up due to its size, but once it gets going, you can even grill burgers. Very satisfied after 2+ years of use. Reliable device. I highly recommend it.

With this toaster, I realized that for proper and crispy grilling, you need power, and this toaster has it. Finally, a toaster with good non-stick plates. All the ones I had tried before would stick various things to their surface after a while and couldn't be cleaned no matter what

I bought the product today. First of all, the description here is wrong - not to mention misleading - in two points:

1. There is NO liquid collection disc, you have to put something yourself to collect the liquids that will run from the grill holes.

2. Vertical storage WITHOUT SECURING THE CLOSURE of the toaster in any way is a joke.

I don't have an opinion on the cooking, since I haven't tried the product yet. The build quality for the price is unacceptable. The plates seem good, but the side bases are cheap and the assembly with the body is poor. In the closed position, there is inconsistency in the distance between the top and bottom parts on both ends. Disappointing.

I have bought two devices for home and vacation house. Quality construction. The plates last longer than other toasters of similar price.
