On the palate, it is full-bodied with a peppery taste, rich body, and long finish. One of the few Greek white wines suitable for aging!

Pairs harmoniously with:

  • Baked fish with sauce
  • Fish with white sauce
  • Game dishes

Special suggestion: Naoussa stuffed cabbage rolls (cabbage rolls according to a traditional local recipe).

Served at 10-12°C.
