There is no replacement for the spout, so when it wears out the thermos becomes unusable, which happened to us very quickly because our little one was chewing on it.

In the product description, even on the nuk page, it states that it is bite-resistant... We've had it for less than two months and it's in bad shape, peeling, and of course, we wasted €25 because there is no replacement from the company. I specifically bought it for its durability, but in the end, it was just empty words!!!
