Funeat psyllium sachets contain dietary fiber from the husks of Plantago ovata seeds, along with 19 probiotic strains and fructooligosaccharides. The dietary fiber swells on contact with water and forms a gel. It supports normal bowel function and helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Each sachet provides 3,000 mg of psyllium. The recommended daily intake for adults over 18 is two sachets, each dissolved in 240–350 ml of water. Contains milk and is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children.
