Lumea banana-flavoured decorating sugar creates a decorative coating on the rims of glasses for cocktails, mocktails and milkshakes. The pale yellow crystals add a sweet, fruity flavour to the drink from the decorated side of the rim.

To use, spread a little sugar on a flat plate. Lightly moisten the outside of the glass rim with syrup, lemon juice or lime juice, then rotate the glass in the sugar. Shake off any excess and allow the decoration to set before carefully serving the drink without wetting the rim.
