Kraft CLIMATOP CLASSIC is a ready-to-use, paste-like, fibre-reinforced acrylic decorative finish coat with silicone enhancement. Suitable for interior and exterior use on masonry, it serves as the finish coat in the CLIMAWALL external thermal insulation system. It is weather-resistant, water-repellent, elastic and breathable, with high resistance to dirt.
It can be applied to porous, new or previously painted surfaces and cementitious substrates, after priming with ClimaTop Primer. The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust, oils, salts, rust and loose paint. Do not add water; stir the product with a low-speed mixer before use. Apply one coat with a stainless-steel trowel, 24 hours after priming, at a thickness equal to the grain size, then create the texture by rubbing with a plastic trowel. Fresh concrete, fillers, plasters and gypsum-based products must be left to dry for at least 4 weeks before application. Clean tools immediately with warm water and soap or a detergent solution.
