The CAN roof rails for the Volkswagen Transporter T5 and T6 fit short-wheelbase versions with factory mounting points on the roof. They are made of aluminium and have plastic feet. They attach to the factory mounting points with screws, without requiring removal of the headliner.
The rails are 228 cm long overall, with a tolerance of ±1 cm. The distance between the front and middle holes is 144 cm, and between the middle and rear holes is 62 cm, each with a tolerance of ±1 cm. The oval holes are positioned to align with the vehicle’s mounting points.
