The Status glass food container stores, serves and reheats food, and is also suitable for baking. It is made of borosilicate glass and has a tempered glass lid with an integrated silicone seal. The two-step valve allows for an airtight closure, while a vacuum pump seals the container under vacuum.

The container is suitable for freezing and for use in the microwave for up to 2 minutes without the lid. The borosilicate glass can withstand temperatures from -20 to +300 °C, but should not be transferred directly from the freezer to the oven. The containers can be stacked when full and nested inside one another when empty.
