Quies silicone earplugs can be shaped with your fingers and fit over the opening of the ear canal without entering it or pressing against its walls. They reduce noise by 22 dB and can be used for sleeping, travelling or concentrating in noisy environments.

Before use, make sure your hands and ears are clean and dry. Shape each earplug into a ball, then press its edges around the opening of the ear canal until it fits securely. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
