The Tramontina Spezia Induction shallow pot features a 3 mm-thick aluminum body and a Starflon Excellent non-stick interior coating. The coating is PFOA-free, INMETRO-certified and rated Class A for non-stick performance. The handles are made of bakelite with a soft-touch finish, and the cookware is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.

Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap, dry, and coat the inside with a little oil. Then heat over low heat for 1–2 minutes, allow it to cool and wash again. For cooking, low or medium heat is recommended, up to 260 °C, along with silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. For cleaning, hand-wash with a soft sponge and avoid abrasive scouring pads.
