The recommended daily dose for adults over 18 is 15 ml, 1–3 times a day, taken directly or diluted in a liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. If you have high blood pressure, consult a doctor before use. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
