Van Houten VH2 chocolate powder is made with 34% Belgian cocoa for a rich, creamy drink. It can be used to make hot chocolate with milk in specialist hot chocolate machines, milk frothers or automatic coffee machines with a chocolate function.
The recommended dosage is 18–24 g for 150 ml, 21–27 g for 180 ml and 23–29 g for 200 ml, depending on preference.
