MARIS MARISEAL 710 - Polyurethane waterproofing primer. A transparent, single-component, deep-penetrating polyurethane primer for absorbent substrates, offering rapid drying and strong adhesion. Stabilizes surfaces, reduces dust, and ensures excellent bonding of subsequent waterproofing and sealing layers.

Coverage: 0.20 kg/m² per coat (approximately 5 m²/L per coat at ρ≈1.0 kg/L).
Application method: Brush, roller, or airless spray gun. Thinning: Ready to use. Tool cleaning: Use MARISOLV 9010 solvent immediately after use.
Drying time at 23°C: Touch dry ~60 minutes – Fully cured ~7 days – Recoating ~2–3 hours.
