Voltage balancer connection procedure

Before connecting the voltage balancer, make sure both batteries are fully charged, are the same type, and have the same capacity. The voltage difference between them must not exceed 0.2 V.

Connection is simple: connect the black wire to the negative terminal, the red wire to the positive terminal of the complete 24 V system, and the additional wire to the connection point between the batteries.

Checking battery status is easy

The LCD shows key information about the device’s operation, including battery voltage, current balancing status, and balancing current. Users can start the balancing process manually and select the appropriate balancing mode.

• Automatic balancing mode – starts balancing only when the battery is fully charged or when the voltage is low
• Forced balancing mode – designed for batteries with significant voltage imbalance
• Stop balancing – stops the balancing process
• Manual balancing mode – for testing the balancer or temporarily balancing the voltages
