The FACADE PAINT HANSA FACADE 0.9L LC-ALUS is suitable for exterior facades of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as warehouses.

• Suitable for new and previously painted surfaces made of mineral fibers, concrete, and plaster.
• Not recommended for surfaces with limewash.
• Contains silicone with hydrophobic action.
• No primer is required.
• Manufacturer: Vivacolor.
• Color: White, base LA (coloring option available).
• Coverage: 4–6 m²/l per coat.
• Drying time: 12 hours at +23 °C and RH 50%.
• Application: brush, roller, or pressure spray.
• Solid content: approximately 40% v/v.
• Density: 1.5 kg/l.
• Water resistance: W≤0.1 kg*m–2h–0.5.
• Water vapor diffusion: Sd, H2O≤0.14 m.
