The FNIRSI 1014D is a compact digital oscilloscope designed for electronic repair, research and development departments, technical training, and enthusiasts. It enables simultaneous signal analysis and generation, significantly expanding its range of applications for circuit diagnosis, prototype testing, or learning to work with waveforms.
The device features include:
- Two input channels with 1 MΩ impedance.
- 100 MHz bandwidth support with a 1GSa/s sampling rate.
- 7-inch LCD display with 800×480 px resolution.
- Auto analysis, FFT, X-Y mode, and cursor recording functions.
- 1 GB internal memory for storing up to 1,000 waveforms and 1,000 screenshots.
- Data export capability via USB.
Fast Signal Analysis
The high 1GSa/s sampling rate and 100 MHz bandwidth enable detailed analysis of analog and digital signals. This allows the device to capture even brief anomalies in waveforms. Trigger modes include Auto, Single, and Normal, making it possible to capture both interference pulses and regular analog signals such as sine waves.
Built-in DDS Generator
The built-in DDS generator supports 14 standard waveforms (including sine, square, sawtooth, and triangular) with precise frequency adjustment in 1 Hz steps. The solution used enables signal generation with accurate parameters for testing and simulation. The output frequency range reaches up to 10 MHz (for sine waves), allowing wide-ranging testing of electronic and signal circuits.
Waveform Recording Function
The "output recording" function allows part or all of the actual waveform from the oscilloscope to be saved as the generator’s output signal. The ability to store up to 1,000 custom signals increases flexibility in testing and analysis.
High Voltage Protection
An integrated high-voltage protection module allows the device to measure signals up to 400V (with a x10 probe), reducing the risk of device damage during measurements on mains-powered systems. The protection function works automatically, so accidental use of the probe without switching to x10 does not risk damaging the equipment.
High-Readability Display
The 7" TFT display with 800x480 pixel resolution provides a clear representation of waveforms. The auto mode and intuitive interface allow for a quick overview of the signal without manual adjustments. Using an intelligent detection algorithm, the device automatically sets the trigger level even for waveforms with multiple slopes or so-called "dead zones".
The oscilloscope can store up to 1,000 screenshots and 1,000 waveforms in its 1 GB memory. Data can be viewed as thumbnails, making quick browsing and selection easy. The interface allows users to zoom, delete, and export recordings without leaving review mode.
Signal Analysis Functions
The built-in FFT function and X-Y waveform display mode allow harmonic analysis and comparison of the amplitudes and phases of two signals. These are useful tools for diagnosing electronic circuits. In addition, the cursor measurement function makes it possible to read peak values and frequency without needing to rescale, increasing the accuracy of analysis even on distorted waveforms.
