Soudal sealing silicone for wood is intended for sealing ceramic materials and glass, as well as certain metals. Its acid-curing formula resists moisture, fungi and mould and remains elastic and weather-resistant after curing.

It is used to seal sinks, bathtubs and enamelled shower trays; joints between washbasins and walls; areas around toilet bowls and ceramic bases; and joints between ceramic wall and floor tiles. It is also suitable for flexible waterproofing in high-humidity areas, refrigeration and ventilation spaces and appliances, as well as temporary glazing work in frames made from untreated wood or wood painted with oil-based paint. Due to its acidic reaction, it may react with certain metals and should not be used on plastics.
