The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel, while the inner layer is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. The base is excellent: a layer of aluminum is enclosed between the two layers of high-quality stainless steel. As a result, the cookware heats evenly.

The outer layer makes the baking tray extremely durable and suitable for induction cooktops.
