The Extralink cable pulling rod is made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) fiberglass, 150 meters long and 8 mm in diameter, with a special reel for easy deployment. The rod is highly flexible and resistant to bending and breakage, and is covered with a yellow PE sheath for additional protection and smooth gliding.

The blue powder-coated base features a manual drum lock and a special guiding eye. A guide is located at the end.
