Instructions: The mixing ratio of LumiShine permanent cream color is 1:1 (equal parts color and appropriate volume LumiShine Developer). Apply with an application bottle or bowl and brush. (When mixing in a bottle, add the developer first, then the color, and shake well.) Processing time is 35-45 minutes for gray coverage.
