Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated paste food coloring that adds vibrant color to buttercream, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, dough, and cookie dough. It is suitable for water-based preparations (not for chocolate).

• Ideal for: fondant, icing, buttercream, cookie dough, and more.
• Instructions for use: Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount from the jar. Add it to the fondant or marzipan and knead until it reaches a uniform color. For a marbled effect, knead briefly. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove excess color.
• Ingredients: Glucose syrup, humectant: E422, sugar, water, coloring: E102, E133, corn starch, acidity regulator: E330, E331, thickener: E406, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: wheat, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.
