Having in my possession the Elixir version as well, I can say that the classic Sauvage is also a great fragrance! The only thing it lacks is longevity and projection (on my skin); for someone else, it might last longer.

As for the claim that it has become too common and everyone wears it, I have to say that I have rarely smelled it on someone else. These days, you’re more likely to recognize Arabic perfumes than designer ones.

Just make sure your purchase is from a reputable store because there are a lot of fakes going around.

Fully masculine, fresh, makes you feel fresh and handsome.

Attention: it is not for the office, it will be excessive and will have a negative effect. This fragrance is definitely for the night. Also, it doesn't need many sprays, with 3-4 you are fine for 5-6 hours.

A few years ago I had the Sauvage Very Cool Spray and it was FANTASTIC. Wherever I went, it pleasantly and discreetly filled the space, it had great longevity and I received compliments. Unfortunately, they discontinued it. About a year ago I got the Sauvage Eau de Toilette but it is a huge disappointment. It doesn’t last at all and no one has noticed it unlike the Very Cool Spray. It’s almost like I’m not wearing a fragrance. I got it from a well-known physical store. If I had known, I might have tried the Eau de Parfum or the Elixir to see if they were better.

Guys, I make a big effort to like it, I try it again and again.
I try to understand why it is so popular even among people close to me.
Don't buy it blindly, it doesn't cost a little money.
I don't intend to comment on ingredients, intensities, etc. because dozens, maybe even hundreds of users have done that.
There are much superior fragrances, like Dior Pure Parfum if you can find it (no, I'm not referring to Homme Intense).
A much superior fragrance even for blind purchases is the well-known "Whisky" with iris from Givenchy.
I find this particular one heavily advertised by Mr. Depp quite annoying and in no way interesting.
Tastes are subjective, for sure, guys.

Disappointment Purchase October 2024...... It doesn't have power.... on my skin it lasts 2 hours...... the type of fragrance-clone... that I have tried was better.... if I buy again it will be parfum.. or the elixir... which is expensive

Very worn and has already become a staple as an eau de toilette, however I would personally like it to have a more original scent. Paradoxically, it lasts longer on me than, for example, the Aqua di Gio Profondo which is an eau de parfum and shouldn't have a shorter duration, but much longer.

Logically, the store was to blame because it simply doesn't smell like anything (at first it might be better, but after 3 months it's the same as pouring water on myself)

I'm talking about the EDP, it's clearly a fresh, masculine, sexy fragrance for all occasions. I have 5 or 6 fragrances and one is for the club, another for work, another if I wear it before 8 PM will make people look at me strangely, this one doesn't create a problem, you always appeal. And for those of you who say many wear it, I have to say that they used to wear it, it's back in the game

The smell is awful and it gave me a headache on the first use (I only put 2 sprays). Totally overrated and not worth the money at all, there are much better colognes on the market.

I had the 200 ML and I was very satisfied!
It's running out and I'm buying the 60 ML1 and there is no other Cyprus airport... This 60 one doesn't do anything... In 1 hour it doesn't smell anything, I don't know what the hell is happening. It's a shame

11/24: I no longer think it is worn anymore, or it is worn and recognized by everyone. I think its "era" has passed as I have had this category since 2018. Excellent fragrance. Just like in many similar ones, it bothers me immensely that the level of the fragrance inside the bottle is not visible in any way.

One of the most overrated fragrances on the planet. Not unique at all. Quite sour, bergamot and ambroxan are the only elements that I managed to distinguish. Indifferent, boring, and very expensive for what it offers. Versace Dylan Blue is much better and more affordable in this category.

Overpriced classic heavy scent. Worn more than Jean Paul Gaultier. It has a very long duration but it is heavy and powdery.
