The FLR F-17 road cycling shoe is designed with a three-point closure system: a ratchet buckle for precise fit and secure closure, and two velcro straps. The strap across the midfoot adjusts to the shape of the foot, offering a "second skin" feel, while the additional strap helps distribute pressure without pinching.

It features the R250 outsole, designed with full-length arch support that does not wear out over time. It includes a well-padded tongue that evenly distributes pressure, a two-layer composite sole that absorbs road vibrations, and nylon mesh openings for ventilation, making the F-17 an exceptionally comfortable performance road shoe.
