The flashlight offers multiple brightness levels, including a night mode with 0.5 lumens, and runtimes that last for many hours (up to 30 days in night mode).

It is powered by a rechargeable 16340 battery (650 mAh) and charges via a magnetic MCC USB cable. The Baton 4 has an IPX8 rating, weighs approximately 52–53 g with the battery, and measures about 63 × 21 × 21 mm.
