The Pyramid gyroscopic exercise ball uses centrifugal force and rotor inertia to train the fingers, wrists, forearms, and hands. Its automatic starter mechanism activates with a few turns of the rotor, without a cord, while resistance increases as the rotation speeds up.

The built-in LED lighting changes intensity according to the rotation speed. The ball can reach up to 21,000 rpm and, at around 15,000 rpm, provides resistance equivalent to a load of up to 20 kg. It can be used to train the wrist, hand, and forearm, as well as for biceps, triceps, and straight-arm exercises.
