Specifications
Moose Fork Springs use high-quality chrome-silicon steel wire. Each spring is cold coiled and then heat-treated. The springs are pre-set and polished to length before being polished for maximum performance. All springs have the coefficient laser-engraved at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 category 1 standards. The springs go through the following stages:
- Cold winding
- Heat treatment
- Hardening
- Shot-peening
- Polished ends
- Polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation
Additionally, there is a marked part number at the end of the spring.
