Moose Fork Springs made from high-quality chrome-plated silicone wire. Each spring is cold-wound and then heat-treated. The springs are preloaded and length-finished before polishing for maximum performance. All springs have a laser-etched coefficient at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 category 1 standards. Production process: cold winding, heat treatment, hardening, shot-peening, edge smoothing, and polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation. The part number is engraved at the end of the spring.
