Description

Moustoli Tablets No. 1 & 2 are a formulation suitable for wine production, in accordance with international regulations on permitted substances in winemaking.

The addition of Tablet No. 1 before fermentation begins allows sterilization of the must and selection of the yeast, enabling the development of the most efficient one. Tablet No. 2 provides the essential nutrients for the yeast.

  • Directions for Use: One Moustoli No. 1 tablet and one Moustoli No. 2 tablet per 100 kg of must. Crush the Moustoli No. 1 tablets into powder and mix with 500 ml of water. Add the solution to the must and stir.
  • After 3 hours, repeat the process with Tablet No. 2, crushing it into powder and mixing it with 500 ml of water.

Packaging: Contains 5 Moustoli No. 1 tablets and 5 Moustoli No. 2 tablets.

Composition:

  • Moustoli No. 1: Potassium metabisulfite 82%, tannins 12%, bentonite 6%. Contains approximately 10 g SO3. Weight of each tablet: 24 grams.
  • Moustoli No. 2: Ammonium phosphates 78%, alcohol tannins 12%, ammonium sulfates 5%, neutral inert substances 5%. Weight of each tablet: 19 grams.
