Avocado oil is suitable for use in dishes, salads, creams, skin emulsions, or for direct consumption. It is extracted from the fleshy part of the avocado through cold pressing. As a source of omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, it is extremely beneficial for human health. The polyunsaturated omega-3 and 6 contribute to cognitive function, strengthen the immune system, and support the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system. The monounsaturated oleic acid (omega-9) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Avocado oil is an excellent addition to salads or pasta dishes. The production method preserves its nutritional value to the maximum.
