• Wash the product before first use and after every meal with lukewarm soapy water (never hot) and a soft sponge.
• Foods with strong color may leave a stain, so rinse immediately.
• Bamboo is a natural material and needs to be dried very well after each wash.
• Do not soak the product in water, as moisture causes damage to the wood.
• Do not leave drinks in the cup for many hours.
• Remove the silicone suction base to allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
• It is recommended to coat the product with coconut oil once a month to keep it shiny.
• Use in a microwave oven and dishwasher is prohibited.
• Do not place food or drinks above 70 degrees Celsius.
• Do not place the product near fire.
