General Safety Instructions:

For proper protection, the shin guard and forearm guard must be securely fastened to the limbs. This product is designed to protect the limbs from low-intensity impacts, which may occur from gates and short poles meeting FIS standards, placed along the race course.

However, in alpine ski races, not all possible incidents and accidents that could affect the guards and/or the human body can be excluded, including those caused by the high speed of the skier or snowboarder.

After purchase, it is recommended that the guards not be used for more than three years, as the materials may change their mechanical properties over time and reduce their protective effectiveness.

Before and after each use, the guards should not be exposed to direct sunlight or other sources of light and heat. For external cleaning, only water and mild soap may be used. Solvents, gasoline, lubricants, or other chemicals should not be used, as they may affect the structure and functionality of the protectors.

Limitation of Liability:

This product must not be modified and/or processed by any person other than LEKI Lenhart GmbH or one of its sales partners, except for assembly functions approved according to the instruction manual or performed by an authorized LEKI service, in accordance with LEKI's official assembly instructions.

Any other modification or intervention does not comply with the legal method of use and may create hazards and safety issues. Therefore, such practices are strongly discouraged.
