The DIRT0016 round ceramic casserole dish has a capacity of 17 liters and curved sides. Handcrafted from clay and glazed inside and out, it is suitable for contact with food. It can be used in an oven, microwave, fireplace, or over an open flame, but not on an electric hotplate.

The dish is fired at 1,100 °C and is suitable for both home and professional use. Before each of its first 5 uses, soak it in water for 45 minutes. Cook over a low flame and avoid sudden temperature changes.
